Job Description

Proclivity Digitech Pvt Ltd is hiring an experienced IT Dialer Technician to manage, monitor, and optimize dialer systems and VoIP infrastructure for international operations. The role requires strong technical expertise and 24×7 support readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain dialer systems such as Vicidial, GoAutoDial, Asterisk, or similar platforms.
• Manage and monitor VoIP servers, SIP trunks, and call routing systems.
• Provide daily IT and dialer support, resolving recurring issues.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, CRM integration, and system performance issues.
• Optimize dialer performance including leads, campaigns, and call flow.
• Handle real-time monitoring, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Ensure 24×7 availability for urgent technical escalations when required.
• Maintain system documentation, updates, and troubleshooting logs.
• Coordinate with operations and telematics teams for international ELD connectivity.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with IT dialer systems.
• Expertise in Vicidial, GoAutoDial, Asterisk, 3CX, or FreePBX.
• Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, PRI, IP telephony, and networking.
• Experience in dialer setup, backup, maintenance, and recovery.
• Knowledge of Linux server administration (CentOS / Ubuntu).
• Basic MySQL database and firewall knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with international calling processes preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Shift Details

• Rotational shift
• 24×7 support environment
• On-call support as required

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 per month
