Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Junior Engineer – Operations & Maintenance (O&M) to support smooth facility operations. The role involves inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring safety, compliance, and uninterrupted operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of systems, equipment, and facilities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and repair MEP systems including HVAC and PHE.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PCB, Fire, Electrical, Lift, Municipal).
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance.
• Support shutdown activities and facility improvement projects.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex operational issues.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
• Hands-on experience with HVAC and PHE systems.
• Understanding of safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
• Basic documentation and reporting skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma / Degree / ITI in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in O&M of facilities or industrial plants.
• Experience in compliance documentation is mandatory.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
