Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with lenders to meet post-approval and settlement timelines.
• Coordinate and issue accurate settlement instructions to solicitors.
• Communicate with stakeholders including SMSF agencies and legal partners.
• Track loan settlement progress and respond to stakeholder queries.
• Manage settlement documentation and ensure data consistency.
• Deliver compliant and accurate settlements within agreed SLAs.
• Work in a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in Australian home loan processing or documentation.
• Broker-side experience with end-to-end lending workflows.
• Strong understanding of Australian mortgage compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
