Key Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing, supply chain, and operations workflows to design ERP-based business solutions.
- Provide end-to-end ERP implementation support on platforms like Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor, Dynamics AX, Odoo, Infor, and others.
- Work closely with C-level executives and project teams to deliver customized ERP solutions.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare functional specifications, and translate requirements into workable ERP solutions.
- Contribute across all phases of ERP implementation – discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Represent the company in events, ERP user groups, and professional communities.
Eligibility & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Preference for candidates with Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering backgrounds.
- Minimum 3 years of ERP experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on expertise with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, Syspro, Plex, Acumatica, Epicor, or similar.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems: Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics AX, Epicor, Odoo, etc.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business process mapping abilities.
- Ability to translate complex workflows into ERP-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills at all organizational levels.
- Consulting expertise and proven solution delivery across ERP platforms.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage clients independently.
