Help students and parents make confident learning decisions by delivering high-quality counseling sessions and driving enrollments through consultative and outcome-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with 65–70 pre-qualified leads daily (no cold calling)
• Conduct personalized video counseling sessions with parents
• Clearly present course value using strong English communication
• Manage end-to-end sales and onboarding lifecycle
• Follow up demos and convert to enrollments
• Meet weekly and monthly revenue targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Ensure smooth learner onboarding
