Infra Trade is hiring an experienced Production Engineer (Mechanical) to manage and supervise daily production activities. The role involves manpower handling, quality control, machine efficiency monitoring, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations and manage shop-floor manpower.
• Ensure strict quality checks and maintain process control standards.
• Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Monitor machine efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Prepare daily and weekly production reports.
• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production targets.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of mechanical production processes.
• Manpower supervision and shop-floor management skills.
• Understanding of quality control and process optimization.

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing.
• Experience in handling production teams and machinery.
• Willingness to work full-time at plant location.
