Job Responsibilities
- Manage production of TLPs such as suspension clamps, tension clamps, PG clamps, vibration dampers, spacers, and insulator fittings.
- Ensure all products comply with IS/IEC standards and customer specifications.
- Monitor production schedules and coordinate with Design, QA/QC, Planning, and Supply Chain for smooth order execution.
- Drive process improvements and cost reduction, and implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and TPM practices.
- Conduct quality checks and root cause analysis, and maintain proper documentation and traceability.
- Lead shop-floor teams, including shift in-charges, operators, and technicians, providing guidance and training.
Eligibility & Qualification
- Master’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Transmission Line Hardware/Accessories Manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in TLP production, plant management, and QA/QC compliance.
Required Skills
- Technical expertise in hot forging, die casting, CNC machining, galvanizing, and surface treatment processes.
- Domain knowledge in Railways (RDSO), NTPC, PGCIL, and SEBs projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC protocols, audits, and product testing.
- Leadership, planning, communication, and people management skills.
