Position: Technical Production Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our manufacturing unit. The candidate must have a strong technical background, hands-on factory experience, and the ability to manage processes and people effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily production activities for smooth operations and timely output.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores departments to prevent downtime.
• Manage and motivate labourers and machine operators to maintain productivity.
• Maintain accurate production reports and track resource utilization.
• Ensure safety compliance, quality checks, and adherence to SOPs.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Report daily updates and production metrics to the Factory/Operations Head.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• 3–7 years of experience in cable manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Practical understanding of production machinery and process flow.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
