Your Mission & Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive for RideNow, your primary goal is to turn travel leads into confirmed holiday packages.
- Lead Conversion: Chase leads and close deals for International and Domestic holiday packages.
- First Month Goal: Achieve at least 1 sale within your first month to secure your base earnings.
- Customer Service: Provide “WOW” service to travelers, helping them choose the best destinations and deals.
- Target Management: Stay on top of monthly targets to unlock higher earning potentials (up to ₹1.49 Lakhs).
