📋 Key Responsibilities

• Planning, design, and management of various civil engineering projects
• Creating detailed engineering designs and technical drawings
• Managing loading and unloading of medical equipment
• Site supervision and quality control during construction
• Travel to different project locations as required (100% travel willingness)
• Project coordination with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Material quantity estimation and procurement management
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Daily progress reporting and documentation

🛠️ Required Skills

• Civil engineering technical knowledge and site management
• AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, or other design software proficiency
• Excellent project planning and execution abilities
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to travel 100% for project requirements
• Knowledge of construction materials and equipment handling
• Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
• Fresher Welcome – Entry-level candidates accepted
• Language: English, Hindi, Bengali (Preferred)
• 100% willingness to travel for projects
• Full-time, permanent commitment required

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
