• Promote and sell Udemy-based online courses.
• Manage listings, pricing & promotional strategies.
• Generate leads & convert them into course enrollments.
• Track sales metrics and optimize performance.
• Coordinate with course creators for content understanding.
• Provide post-sale support including refunds & feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in e-learning or Udemy course sales.
• Strong understanding of Udemy platform & online education industry.
• Experience with digital marketing / affiliate marketing.
• Knowledge of CRM tools & sales funnel optimization.
• Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
