We are hiring an experienced VMC Operator who can independently handle machine setup, take proper offsets, and run production operations as per engineering drawings.

• Machine setup, job loading, and offset setting (work offset & tool offset).
• Run production and maintain correct dimensions during machining.
• Read and understand mechanical drawings, tolerances, and tool paths.
• Maintain production report and ensure machine cleanliness.
• Coordinate with quality team and supervisors for smooth workflow.

• Minimum 2 years experience operating VMC machines.
• Must know offset handling & tool setting (mandatory).
• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Production preferred.
• Ability to run machine independently and maintain accuracy.
• 8-hour rotating shifts — Day & Night (weekly rotation).
