Designation: Site Engineer

Minimum Qualification

• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a regular & recognized university

Experience

3–5 years of experience in civil engineering works, especially road construction projects.

Nature of Work

Road Construction Project – Length up to 8 KM

• Scarifying
• WMM, WBM, BM
• Mastic Asphalt
• Drain Construction
• Minor Civil Works

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare estimate & costing of BOQ items for road works.
• Check site measurements, prepare bills, verify measurement books with JE & AGE.
• Plan, lead & monitor execution within time & budget.
• Liaison with asphalt mix plant for WMM, WBM, BM supply.
• Coordinate smooth functioning of tools & machinery (Paver, Road Roller, etc.).
• Liaison with government department executives near site.
• Coordinate with Assistant Engineer & Junior Engineer.
• Maintain stock and materials register.
• Maintain test certificates, vouchers, GST invoices.
• Manage site office works & accounts; coordinate with accounts department.
• Government tenders, engineering drawings, estimates.
• Quantity surveying & project management.
• Planning, execution, billing.
