Teshi Fittings Pvt Limited is hiring an Assistant Factory Cum Quality Manager for its manufacturing unit in Ranihati, Howrah. The role involves factory operations management, quality control, and daily production coordination in the pipes and fittings industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day factory operations and workforce management.
• Manage quality control processes for pipes and fittings.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety compliance.
• Analyze production and quality data using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Handle conflict resolution and problem-solving on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with management for operational improvements.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in factory management, QC, and operations.
• Mandatory background in Pipes & Fittings / Tubes & Fittings industry.
• Strong leadership and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Pivot Tables, Google Sheets, and Outlook.
