Customer Support Executive UK/US Accent Job | Remote | ₹25K–₹50K

Job Description

MapleWand is hiring a Customer Support Executive (Calls) with a strong UK / US accent and excellent English communication skills. The role involves handling outbound customer calls and chat support for UK-based clients.

Note: UK/US accent and International BPO experience are compulsory. Kindly do not apply if you do not have the required accent.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and concerns via calls and chat support.
• Provide accurate information with a professional and polite tone.
• Maintain call records and update customer information.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Follow company communication and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in International BPO / MNC voice process (UK/US).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong UK/US accent is mandatory.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Comfortable working UK shift timings.

Shift Details

• UK Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (UK Time)
• India Time: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturday (Half Day)
