Key Job Responsibilities
As a Quality Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards throughout the production lifecycle:
Multistage Inspection: Conduct quality checks during the cutting, stitching, and finishing stages.
Defect Detection: Inspect garments for physical defects, measurement accuracy, and overall quality.
Standards Compliance: Ensure all products adhere to both company-specific and buyer-mandated quality standards.
Reporting & Coordination: Identify quality issues, report them to the production team, and work together to resolve defects.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed quality control reports and process documentation.
Final Approval: Act as the final checkpoint to approve finished goods before they are dispatched.
Monitoring Consistency: Oversee consistency in fabric quality, stitching precision, and final finishing across all batches.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Pay: ₹25,000.00 to ₹40,000.00.
