Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer and transfer incoming phone calls to relevant departments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and pleasant reception area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Support basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Perform administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies inventory as needed.
  • Assist internal teams with scheduling, coordination, and clerical support.

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and courteous behavior.
