• Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers using provided data.
• Communicate services/products clearly and confidently.

• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a MUST.
• Comfortable working US Shift / Night Shift (IST).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle calls confidently and remain calm under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (optional).
• Freshers with great communication skills encouraged to apply.
• Prior telecalling, customer support, or BPO experience is a plus.
