• Initiate outbound calls to potential and shortlisted candidates for hiring programs.
• Handle inbound calls with professionalism, following call etiquette standards.
• Demonstrate negotiation and communication excellence in all candidate interactions.
• Work on job boards and manage listings on recruitment portals.
• Follow up via calls, chats, and emails with candidates throughout the hiring stages.
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports for management review.
• Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to ensure hiring targets are met.

• Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: At least 1 year of International BPO Voice Process experience is mandatory.
• Language: Excellent verbal and written English with neutral accent.
• Other Requirements: Must be comfortable with night shifts and working from office.
• Location: Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata.
