Role: E-commerce Sales Representative

Company: Zenith Metalik Alloys Ltd.

Location: Dalhousie / Burrabazar, Kolkata

• Manage and update product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, Myntra, and company website.
• Ensure product content — description, pricing, images, availability — are accurate.
• Track daily orders, customer reviews, returns, and dispatch status.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for smooth order fulfillment.
• Communicate with platform account managers for campaigns and issue resolution.
• Analyze sales numbers and suggest revenue-boosting strategies.
• Execute seasonal offers, banner ads & promotional campaigns.
• Handle customer queries, returns, refunds, and complaints.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce sales/marketplace handling.
• Proficiency in seller dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub).
• Good Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet monthly sales targets.

• Experience with digital marketing, SEO, or PPC ads.
• Knowledge of inventory management or CRM tools.
• Experience with ERP/order management systems.

• Monthly & quarterly sales target achievement.
• Accuracy of listings & order fulfillment rate.
• Customer satisfaction & review improvement.
• Reduced returns/cancellations.
• Growth in marketplace ranking & performance.
