companies, is hiring an experienced Customer Care Manager for its Tiljala branch in Kolkata.
The role involves leading the customer support team, handling escalations, and ensuring smooth client service.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Location: Tiljala, Kolkata, West Bengal
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of customer care executives.
- Oversee daily customer service operations – calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Ensure timely resolution of shipment, delivery, and claim-related queries.
- Handle escalated complaints and coordinate with operations teams for solutions.
- Implement and maintain customer service SOPs and quality standards.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports on calls, complaints, and service performance.
- Coordinate with branches, hubs, and franchise partners to ensure smooth service.
- Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relations with key customers and corporate clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration / Logistics).
- Minimum 5 years of customer care experience, preferably in courier/logistics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and courier tracking software.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred.
