Job Description
Pharma Impex Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to manage the complete accounting and compliance operations of the company.
The selected candidate will be responsible for account finalization, GST filing, income tax compliance, banking operations, financial reporting, and supervision of the accounts department. Candidates must have strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime and manufacturing industry accounting procedures.
This role is ideal for experienced finance professionals who have worked in pharma or chemical manufacturing companies and can independently handle corporate accounting activities.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- ICWA / CMA / Cost Accountant
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Experience Required
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in the same designation
- Preference for candidates from Pharma or Chemical Manufacturing industries
- Candidates with strong taxation and compliance experience will get preference
Preferred Experience
- Accounting: 10 years preferred
- CA Experience: 5 years preferred
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred

Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Handling full company accounts operations
- Accounts finalization and financial reporting
- Filing FFR-1, FFR-2, ITR-6, and GST returns
- Uploading Income Tax Returns
- Managing banking transactions and reports
- Preparing stock reports
- Supervising assistant accountants
- Ensuring GST, TDS, and tax compliance
- Managing audit and compliance activities
- Maintaining accounting records in Tally Prime
- Coordinating with management and financial departments
