Medupcomforts LLC is hiring a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support remote administrative and operational activities. The role involves handling calls, documentation, email coordination, data management, and internal reporting while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely execution of tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Verify documents and ensure accuracy of submitted information.
• Maintain call logs, document records, and internal trackers.
• Monitor and respond to email communications or escalate when required.
• Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and operational data.
• Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and clarifications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data confidentiality.
• Support additional administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in back-office, admin, or support roles.
• English language proficiency is mandatory.
• Hindi language knowledge is preferred.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
