Required Qualifications

• Medical Graduate: MBBS, BAMS, BDS, BHMS, BPT, B.Sc Nursing
• MHA or equivalent degree in Healthcare Management

Experience Required

• Minimum 10 years of experience in hospital quality management
• Experience in NABH-accredited hospitals preferred

Key Skills

• Strong understanding of NABH accreditation standards
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Good analytical and audit knowledge
• Leadership & team coordination abilities
