Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness, web traffic, and conversions.
- Content Creation: Create engaging reels, stories, posts, and captions across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Campaign Management: Plan promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal offers in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Community Engagement: Interact with the audience, respond to messages/comments, and build a loyal community.
- Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to track performance, monitor competitors, and optimize growth ideas.
- Ads & Influencers: Run paid social media ads (Meta/Google) and manage influencer collaborations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in social media management (E-commerce experience preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Canva, and scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights from social media metrics.
- Creative Flair: Strong visual sense and excellent copywriting/communication skills.
