Eligibility Criteria

Education Qualification

Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications:

• Diploma in Automobile Engineering
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• B.E./B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
• ITI in Automotive Technology (with extensive experience)

Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years experience in automobile service operations
• At least 3 years in managerial role preferred
• Experience in authorised two-wheeler dealerships preferred

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

Workshop Operations

• Managing complete workshop operations
• Monitoring job card opening and vehicle allocation
• Supervising quality checks and vehicle delivery
• Ensuring workshop cleanliness and safety standards
• Managing periodic maintenance and repair schedules

Team Management

• Leading Service Advisors and Technicians
• Conducting performance monitoring and staff training
• Coordinating technical training programs with HMSI

Customer Handling

• Handling escalated customer complaints
• Improving customer satisfaction and service quality
• Monitoring repeat repairs and pending jobs

Spare Parts Coordination

• Coordinating with spare parts department
• Ensuring availability of critical parts
• Managing warranty claim parts return process

Revenue & Business Growth

• Increasing workshop revenue
• Promoting AMC, accessories, and insurance renewals
• Monitoring labour revenue and workshop efficiency

Reporting & Compliance

• Preparing MIS reports
• Maintaining service history records
• Ensuring compliance with HMSI standards and warranty norms
