Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following core activities:

  • Project Oversight: Handling overall project implementation, monitoring, and controlling site work activities.
  • Coordination: Liaising with clients, consultants, project teams, and workers to resolve site issues effectively.
  • Maintenance Management: Directing a team of personnel and contractors to maintain machinery and equipment in optimal condition.
  • Supply Chain: Managing the supply of materials required for site operations and maintenance.
  • Quality & Safety: Ensuring strict implementation of safety protocols, quality procedures, and production efficiency.
  • Commissioning Support: Coordinating with the commissioning team for the inspection, testing, and repair of equipment.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Experience: Prior experience in mechanical site supervision or project management is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong coordination skills, ability to manage a team of contractors, and technical knowledge of mechanical equipment.
  • Work Mode: This is an in-person role requiring physical presence at various sites across West Bengal.
