Role: Senior Engineer – Operations & Maintenance

The Senior Engineer – O&M will oversee smooth operations, preventive maintenance, inspections, and repair of MEP systems including PHE and HVAC. The role includes team supervision, vendor management, compliance, documentation, and ensuring safety standards across facilities.

• Act as the Operations & Maintenance Lead.
• Conduct inspections and identify issues across facilities.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of MEP, PHE & HVAC systems.
• Manage maintenance schedules, work orders and documentation.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Supervise and allocate workload to subordinates.
• Monitor utilities consumption and control maintenance budget.
• Handle employee & client queries regarding maintenance.
• Prepare maintenance reports and presentations.

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years experience in O&M of MEP, PHE, HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting & analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of compliance—PCB, Fire, Electrical, Lift, Municipal, etc.
• Excellent communication & team leadership skills.
• Organized and able to work independently.
